As I learn more about my clients, it's only fair that I offer a glimpse into my own story. But first, please take a look at the photo to your left. That's me and my little brother, who can sometimes be a pain in the a**, but I wouldn't trade him for anything. It's important to remember that life's greatest joy comes from our bonds with others. In the following paragraph, I'll share with you why I decided to name my business Sunrise Life Coaching and pursue a career as a Life Coach.
Why Sunrise Life Coaching...
Every morning, as I reach for my toothbrush, I am reminded of a profound realisation that dawned on me during a moment of loss. While clearing my late grandad's bathroom cabinet and discarding his toothbrush, it struck me how easily we take each new day for granted. We often assume that we will wake up again and have the chance to brush our teeth again. Yet, some of us depart without such a simple opportunity. This seemingly insignificant act of using a toothbrush became a poignant reminder for me. It symbolises gratitude, reminding me to appreciate the privilege of being alive, even on days when life feels heavy. It was this realisation that inspired the creation of Sunrise Life Coaching. Every time I am fortunate enough to witness another sunrise, I remind myself of the privilege of brushing my teeth once more and being here and experiencing life's challenges.

Why I Decided to Become a Life Coach
​
I have been fortunate to work in various industries throughout my journey. Growing up, my mother was a makeup artist who later opened several florists that specialised in coordinating weddings and events. This exposed me to the world of decorating, interior design, and makeup artistry. Later in life, I pursued my passion and trained as a qualified therapist and hypnotherapist. I even ventured into entrepreneurship by opening a coffee shop and a Harry Potter retailer. These diverse experiences have equipped me with valuable skills and insights that I hope to share.
While I will be the primary life coach at Sunrise Life Coaching, there will also be occasions where I will introduce you to and collaborate with other excellent qualified professionals. These professionals will specialise in makeovers and health consultations, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your well-being. Together, we look forward to working with you and guiding you towards a positive path of self-discovery.
And remember this. Time is a gift; tomorrow is not promised, so today is a chance to make every second count.
